What we collect
The details you give us when you get in touch, like your name, email, phone number, business type and message, plus notes from our conversations. If you become a client, the information we need to set up and look after your AI helpers.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, quote, provide our services and keep the records we have to keep. We don't sell your information.
This website
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. The enquiry form opens your own email app, so your message reaches us by email.
Where it's stored
In our business email and documents, provided by reputable cloud services that may store information outside New Zealand. We choose providers that protect information to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.
Client information
Client business information stays in accounts the client owns wherever possible. We only access what we need, and we remove our access when we stop working together.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. We'll respond within 20 working days. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Keeping it safe
We use two-factor login, limit who can access information and only keep it as long as we need it.
